Ingredients:
2 avocados halved and pitted
1 5-ounce can white albacore tuna in water drained
¼ cup minced red onion
1-2 celery stalk chopped
3 tablespoons 2% Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
chopped parsley
1 scoop of Bluebonnet’s Brewer’s Yeast Flakes
Directions:
- Scoop out avocados, leaving a small border and set the halves aside
- In a large bowl mix together the scooped out avocado, tuna, minced red onions, cut celery, chopped parsley, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and 1 scoop of Bluebonnet’s Brewer’s Yeast Flakes. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
