Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Bluebonnet’s Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 diced pickled jalapeños
- 1 red tomato
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 small can coconut milk
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup low fat shredded cheese
- 1 cup unflavored greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- Your choice of chips/crackers
Directions:
- In a medium sized pan, melt 1 tbsp of unsalted butter, add the diced pickled jalapeños and diced tomato, then stir
- Pour 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 1 can of coconut milk to the pan and mix
- Add 1/2 a packet of taco seasoning, 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup of cilantro, then 1 cup of greek yogurt and continue to mix until smooth
- Lastly, pour one scoop of nutritional yeast into the pan, stir and enjoy with your choice of chips or crackers!
