This is another excellent choice from BlueBonnet. I have used their products for years and have never been disappointed. This whole-food based multi is full of everything I look for in a multi, plus more. I like that it has iodine in it, along with several other minerals that I need at my age. This is a really good blend. The only thing I don't like is that it is 2 pills per serving, I prefer to take one since I take a lot of different vitamins every day. This has a decent amount of the basics, zinc, D, Bs, C.... higher dosage than most. (Maxi ONE)

Excellent Multivitamin for women over 40
Within 2 days of starting this multivitamin I started feeling better. I had more energy and less Plantar fasciitis pain. I couldn't believe it. I took a look at the multivitamin I had previously been taking and discovered that I was like very vitamin D and B12 & B6 deficient, so I'm guessing I'm actually getting what I need now. Love this product
I’ve been using this product for 13 years now and I have to say it’s one of the best and most delicious calcium magnesium supplements I’ve ever tried. I also buy this for other family members who are in need of a good cal-mag product. I just recently tried the raspberry flavor and I was disappointed so I think I’ll stick to orange from here on out. Non the less, it’s always a winner product! Try the orange flavor first, you can’t go wrong!!

My favorite protein
Of all the protein powders I've tried, this is my favorite. It comes down to 3 things: taste, texture, and mixing it. The taste is very good and the texture is excellent! I use a frother to mix it into milk. Just stirring with a spoon doesn't get it all the way mixed up. Overall, a really good product.

This and the vanilla are very tasty, just fine with water but also great with soy/cashew/almond milk. Or mix in with your coffee and use it as creamer. Great for smoothies. It's just overall a very palatable, low sugar, high protein drink mix. Love it.
