Ingredients:

• 1 Tbsp Bluebonnet Liquid Bone Support

• 1/2 c original almond milk

• 1/2 c vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt

• 2 tsp chia seeds

• 1 medium ripe banana 

• 1/2 c frozen blueberries 

• 1/2 c fresh strawberries 

• 10 ice cubes

 

Directions:

• Pour all ingredients into a blender

• Blend to desired texture.

• Enjoy!

• Makes two 8-ounce servings.
