All you need is some ripe bananas, our Whey Protein and Casein powder, nut butter, semi-sweet chocolate, soy or almond milk and coconut flakes. Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey & Casein Protein Powder
- 1 banana
- 4 tbsp nut butter
- 1/2 semi-sweet chocolate baking bar
- 1/4 cup of soy or almond milk
- unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix 1/2 scoop of Whey & Casein Protein Powder with your choice of nut butter
2. Slice banana into quarter inch slices
3. Place 1/2 semi-sweet chocolate baking bar into microwave safe bowl along with 1/4 cup of soy or almond milk, then heat in microwave until melted
4. Mix the other half of your protein powder scoop into the melted chocolate and whisk until fully mixed
5. Spread half of banana slices with nut butter, then top with the remaining banana slices
6. Dip banana bites into chocolate melt mix, then into coconut flakes (optional)
7. Set in freezer for 30 mins
8. ENJOY!
